The publisher informs me that it's also been ordered by the Ace Hardware stores in Lake Oswego and West Linn. This seems a little strange to me, and I think I'd need to see it to believe it.
The publisher tells me it's also been picked up by Costco. Probably being sold only at the ones in Oregon, and probably only in the larger markets (it's not at the one in Albany).
